Estoy un blogger
Wow, reading all those comments after not checking my own blog in over a week has finally pushed me over the edge and converted me into a regular blogger. Thanks for the tips too people - I've updated the date on my previous post, and Roslyn your request has been accommodated too. Don't let the nomads scare you. (If only european civilization followed more of that advice in the past few thousand years...)
Anyway, right now I have to get back to work. I can think of a few choice Australian phrases to describe my feelings about aspects of my current task (which I will not elaborate on for want of being a decent and respectful guy), but expressing those same feelings in spanish is a bit more difficult for me. Probably for the best anyway.
Stay tuned!

Did you know that Bogata was in the Australian media yesterday? Something about traffic mimes. I'll try and find the article when I get to work...
Roslyn
No, I didn't know that. I've been reading the Sydey Morning Herald website each day, but I must have missed that bit.
I haven't seen any traffic mimes, or any other mimes for that matter, in Bogotà yet. Putting those accents on vowels is so much easier with spanish keyboards too. The letter " ñ " even has it's own dedicated key just like the other 26 letters!
Well, send me the article link if you can find it. And drink a Coopers Dark Ale for me, I could really go one of them right now... But instead I am going to go buy some ice-cream.
Ha-ha, I just looked at my blog again and realised that those non-standard-english characters didn't quite get posted the way I wanted them to, nor the way they appeared on my screen when I was typing the comment. Well, you get the idea. And the extra letter key I was talking about was the n with the squiggly line on top.
Romas mate, you were telling me something once about getting these characters to appear the way I wanted. I remember you mentioning the word Unicode in there somewhere. Now's the time for you to help again!
So start blogging already ! You don't quote have the hang of this yet hey :)
Hey ya mate,
Do you still need assistance in hacking your blog?
Drop me an email in any case.
btw that article (or maybe different one) about mimes is on my blog :)
