And so it begins
I have my blog. And here I am editing my first post, albeit very very briefly. For in about 75 minutes I will be leaving the house of the family I have stayed with for my first two weeks in Colombia and going to my new apartment, which I will be sharing with a German and a Mexican, the place which will likely be my home for the next year. And I still have to pack.

I should add though that the problem with editing posts is it doesn't change the date reference of when the post was made. I actually typed it on Feb 12.

Wow, for the past week or so I've been checking everybody else's blog EXCEPT my own, and then I just saw it high up on the nomadlife list of reccently updated blogs. And I have all of these comments!
